Found one of these in the street in front of my house. Chrome steel with blue rubber side panels. Very solid feel compared to Milwaukie and other aluminum handled units. It's the one I always reach for.
Skip the paint pens, brushes, and markers. There is a technique where a piece of fine cloth is wrapped around a rigid sphere. That is touched to the paint then touched to the surface of raised letters to only apply paint to the face of the letters.
It is a cloth ball applicator technique...
What year is your bike? That unit only covers up to 2011 models. >>>> ITM HD1 ABS Flush Utility for 2008 – 2011 Harleys.
It looks like they have other models that cover 2021+ models. They have a help line to verify which version is needed.
I suspect a Harley forum group will start a scanner loaner program. I have a dumb Fatboy (Terminator 2 style) without that high tech stuff. But I needed a Yamaha special puller tool for my Vmax. The guys on the forum said contact one of the members and he will loan it to you, just pay the...
Since your drill drifted, use a center punch then use a 142 degree Spot Drill. This will be a larger drill bit angle for your 135 split point and give you a nice dimple. You can use that single spot drill for most of your pilot holes if you have a set of 135 degree drill bits...
Also have an old Makita chop saw that used a 10 inch wood blade. I put a 7.25 inch Evolution Rageblade rated for 5000 RPM to cut some perforated angle iron. Works great, but you have to modify the backstop for the smaller blade. Left it as a metal chopper.
For a wipe down, a chemical rated trigger spray bottle with bulk WD-40 and cheap microfiber Rubbermaid rags (50/bag).
For a polish, Nevr-Dull cotton wadding or FLITZ paste from a tube for hand methods. Using a power tool, depending on the the base metal you could go with a fine Scotchbrite...
You are going for a corrosion preventive aspect. I would go with Boeshield T-9 or Fluid Film sprays. Boeshield has lubricating properties and a little goes a long way. Layout all your tools, quick spray, flip them over and one more quick spray.
A few things you may want to do:
1. Go with a keyless chuck. These can be found on the web for <40 bucks. You don't need an Albrecht or expensive one. If you want to keep the keyed chuck, get a strong magnet to hold the key.
2. Get some table clamps and a drill press vise
3. A momentary...
Looking at your list of the tools you plan to carry, I'd go with a lightweight tool belt that incorporates a shoulder harness. This keeps both hands free and unlike a backpack, the weight is distributed on your hips and not just your shoulders/back.

Side pouches are optional:
I ended up ordering some HEPA bags, but they did not fit my RIGID, then did fit a ShopVac I picked up off CL for cheap. For fine, powdery stuff I use the ShopVac.
When we purchased the house in 2009, the drywall guys burned up a Craftsman wet/dry vac doing the renovations. It was from a garage sale so not sure the life it led. And I don't know why they were using my vacuum.......... Home Depot was having a sale on RIGID wet/dry vacs, but only online so I...
I can picture Borat taking 20 sets of anything that has the word "Socket" on it to the register and picking each one up and asking "Is this 40 percent off?".
Repeat with each item..... "And this one?" , "And this one?" , "And this one?"....
