Get an excavator. Bought a Kubota KX121 4 years ago for a project and it's still here. No way I could get by without it around. Very useful around our 13 acres.

Have it bored in, no brainer to me. I had electric service to house and to my shop done. I hate overhead lines.

Just wanting something that's not total junk. Found a 20" 1 1/2 hp 2014 model Jet drill press for $300 that looks as if its never been used. I've got a Delta 8" benchtop that I've been using for small projects but need something better to round out my shop.

$200 for Tiawan made unit.

Or $600 for this.

That's what I was thinking also.
