Finally had some professional pics of the house taken - see below

Finished up the landscaping this week (river rock + landscape lighting). I ended up putting in 29 landscape lights in the backyard, mostly new from Volt lighting. Super impressed with their quality and at a very reasonable price which was about the same as I would have spent buying garbage...

The discounted ones I've bought have been slightly used and/or refurbished out of homes being torn down, etc. Wolf/subzero have manufacturer set prices that are impossible to get around.

They're all solid wood - 1x8 with a cap piece. Total net height is around 10-1/2". You may also notice the stepping detail - base is thinner than casing legs, which is thinner than the casing head piece. Base is net 1/2" thick, casing legs are 7/8" and casing head pieces are 1-1/8". Thanks...
