Amazon.jp is a godsend for buying Japanese products/hand tools. Much cheaper than trying to buy it in the states
I've been eyeing a Koken Z series, or in the states Z-EAL 1/4" metric socket set. $60 on Amazon.jp vs the $85+ stateside
Has anyone tried the M12 Right Angle Die Grinder? Initial Impressions?
Debating on whether I want to add it to my collection. I do DIY motorcycle work.
Hey Dave,
Just wanted to update, thanks for mailing me a new torque wrench. No complaints here. I was actually on the fence about pushing to warranty the product as what I was complaining about ultimately was a cosmetic issue, but you sent me a new one anyway!
Great customer service. FYI I...
Dad retired from carpentry a while back and needed downsize his tool collection, so I was authorized to raid his stash. An impact driver is brought back from it's grave

If I'm not mistaken, Vessel actually was involved in developing the original JIS standard.
The standards may have changed, the nomenclature may have changed and standards may have been combined, but if you work on Japanese motorcycle the JIS screw is definitely something you still come across. Hell even my Makita has JIS screws, marked by a dimple.
Vessel Screwdrivers JIS screwdrivers made in Japan. Best fitting JIS screwdrivers by far On top of that, I can use em with Phillips screws and they grip Phillip screws better than my regular Phillips screwdrivers. Love that the screwdrivers have a built in impact driver.
No worries, I totally understand  definitely not expecting a Snap-on level of quality, I was trying assess my guage of what's the norm for a torque wrench in this price range.
It doesn't look like I'll be getting a warranty claim. Been emailing back and fourth with tekton support
With the pictures I posted here, I just got an email back stating that the way it looks is normal; the line should be at or below the intended torque setting and that as long as the center...
