Reason i am asking is i like the looks of the heavy broadcast much better than the full. But if there is a very good reason to go with the full i will do it.

Is there any advantage to one over the other? Is guess what i am asking is one stronger or hold up better than the other? The area will be used for parking show cars only. And i like the looks of heavy broadcast over the full myself but will ultimately choose what is more durable or?

I ended up ordering a 160' roll of 4" vinyl from Menard's less than $100 after their 11% rebate.

Just got home from Menard's and they have Porcelain Tile's for .69 for 12"x12" PEI-4 if anyone is interested,3 colors available. Wonder how much it would cost for other material's needed and labor for install on 1425 sq ft?

Had the OSB painted 2 years ago in my barn. Did the trim last year at 4' to cover up the joints of the OSB. Now getting the floor done and was thinking about putting base trim for a more finished look. What did you guys use?

I had a meeting with one of the very much trusted garage flooring contractors in my area with a fantastic reputation. I have seen many of their floor jobs before. I showed him some of the the low bids and we came to an agreement on a price we are both comfortable with!

With this bids running all over the place from the epoxy flooring guys looks like Race Deck is the only sure fire way you know what you are getting from the get go.

First thing he did after measuring was with moisture meter. They are a legitimate business as much as i can figure out. So what i am thinking is this is more closely what the price should be in the first place
