Just ordered some Norsemen Products from yall a few days ago. A major deciding factor was yalls presence here on Garage Journal. And yall had the Norsemen Vortex in stock.
If the group yall talked about in the video comes to life, it sounds awesome!

I’ve run dewalt/ Milwaukee drill bits for awhile now. I saw this video on YouTube of the Matco vortex drill bits and for some reason had to have them. Did enough research to land on Norseman and decided I needed a set of jobber, mechanics and vortex drill bits. 🤷♂️🤦♂️. Thankfully my wife won’t...
Northern tool has their own brand called Northstar. I have one of their pressure washers and have been impressed with it. It is a Honda engine and cat pump. It’s basically their frame. It’s assembled here in the USA.
I’ve been looking hard at one of their air compressors though.

I agree with what most have said. I very rarely have work done without a contract.
My tile guy we don’t do contracts. We agree on cost per sqft + materials. At the end of the day he gets paid in cash for what’s done. Multi day jobs he still gets paid at the end of each day. Often I end up with...
I am buying an air compressor in the next several months to a year and considering either a Quincy QT-5, a Quincy QT 7.5 or also possibly the FS-Curtis with the magnetic starters. It’ll come down to Home Depot vs Northern tool and what’s easiest.
My question is, I have a standard 200 amp panel...
Just to get laughed at/ laugh with yall. The service company was out here due to storms and I took the opportunity to ask them. As we were discussing it he agreed to get a quick reading to tell me. We opened the panel and saw this.

I did not think of checking the dryer/range outlet! that's the answer thank ya'll!
Single family home housing development off of a highway that is in-between 2 apartment complex's
being partially color blind and an error made with the panel off previous in my life has caused me to be...
Outside of testing the main lines at the panel, how I can I find the voltage reading?
Sticking the probes in the same outlet nets me a variable reading between 120-123 on one leg? Will sticking a probe into a separate outlet tell me the voltage across both legs?
Forgive me for my ignorance. My housing development is in-between two apartment complex's. I was about to purchase a standard 230V compressor when someone with more knowledge on electrical stuff made mention I better make sure I have a standard 120/240V residential service and not being fed off...
I am personally a fan of it. I don't think your house would look weird at all. however, I have an affection for large garages, and am constantly frustrated by the lack of garage space.
Depending on your line, it would depend on what you need.
I reduced my 3/4 fittings to 1/2 inch and then used Milton 1/2 fitting to feed my air manifold.
I also have a spare 1/2 whip line with 1/2 Milton g style fittings.
I am doing my process backwards. I am using a small air compressor to...
