    Let’s try this again. 34x26x12

Exterior is pretty much done. Ran out of material for the fascia board. Two of the windows were damaged in delivery so they had already been replaced. This weekend I noticed one of the others that they’ve already installed is also messed up so they’re going to replace it for me when they finish...

68x27 automotive performance shop at home

Yeah it was terrible. Luckily the builder agreed to tear it out and refunded my deposit. That was about two years ago. Finally back to getting something built now though. https://www.garagejournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=422990 I noticed the Hoosiers on your car. Guessing you run the no...

    Let’s try this again. 34x26x12

A little more progress. Finished framing last week. Inspection was yesterday, “failed” but not because of anything major. Guy wanted load specs for the timber framed portion over the porch, the attic access hadn’t been framed yet (didn’t know it needed to be there for inspection), and there were...

    Let’s try this again. 34x26x12

Yup framers we’re back today but ran out of material. Guess there was a miscommunication with the supplier on stud spacing. But I’m 99% sure I told them 16” centers. They also shorted me the 26’ 4x8 rough timber beam for the end of the porch. Can’t post pictures for some reason. I’ll try again...

Agreed. Just wasn’t sure if the preferred way was to run conduit when covering the interior with metal.

    Let’s try this again. 34x26x12

Question for you guys, I’m having metal put on the ceiling. Should I have them go ahead and install it, and then I can run conduit for the lights and everything? Or should I have them leave it off, run the electrical through the trusses, and then install the metal myself? And because nobody...

    Kevin’s 42x64 shop

id get the concrete guy out there. They poured my pad last week and I ended up needing a load and a half more gravel than the sales guy told me to have on site. Sounds like it will be a nice place. What I’m buiding could fit inside yours lol

Thanks. Definitely is. Actually glad it worked out this way because we added the patio. I’m almost as excited about that as I am the shop. Ok, that’s an exaggeration but I am looking forward to having a tv out there so I can watch Braves Baseball from a float in the pool lol
