A friend of mine recommended a white coating called Hot Trax, it can be spot repaired as it wears. He said he really likes it. I have some for by building but have not applied it yet...

I also went with a continuous ridge vent at the peak of the roof and vented soffit all the way around the building. My builder mentioned the same thing when I asked about vents under the gable ends, they can render the ridge vent ineffective.

Probably going to insulate the front wall next.

Just about have the first wall fully insulated, just need to finish this corner. I will have to insulate the corner, then add in a 2 x 6 so I have a nailer for the OSB and a lip to staple the insulation.

Beginning of May, it is getting warm in Wi. My Lift was delivered today.

Also got most of the Ice cleaned off the floor!

Yay I can finally park inside the Garage at nite and avoid scraping ice off the car in the morning!! 2 of the Door openers are hung too.

3rd week of March, west side wall done and vented soffit installed.
