Doing some remodeling. Due to stud placement and the air duct, we can only have a single gang receptacle to handle the light switch for the closet, ceiling light and the ceiling fan. I have exhausted my search abilities to find a solution. Any thoughts?

I use a portable bench now. There wasn't enough space for a fixed bench, and the bench I had on hinges still protruded from the wall too far to allow safe parking.
I'll set this up similarly to how my bench grinder is - attach it to a board that I can then clamp down when needed.

Sorry in advance for a stupid question. I received 2 ryobi 18v drills a decade ago when I got married. They no longer hold a charge. Is it worth trying to find new batteries, or do I pitch them and buy new drills?
