    Used Motor Oil

Most cities and towns where I've lived have had a drop off site at their recycling centers that would take oil and filters. Sometimes for a small fee, but often free. The most frustrating part is dealing with the empty oil bottles. They are a recyclable plastic, by most centers will not take...

Not so much today yet, but last couple of days, spent time in there changing the shocks(front/rear), rear brakes(calipers, rotors, hoses, pads), and rear sway bar links on my truck. Black & Decker Workmate

    Barn finds

Neat old finds. I wonder how the speed wrench would clean up and what brand it is. I've never seen that round handle style before. Pretty cool.

Need advice on a Free Dayton 230 Arc Welder

You will be happy it's an AC/DC unit in the long run. Much more useable than an AC only unit. The older welders were built well, so once you clean it up, it should be in great shape. Let us know how it works.

    File cabinets and metal cabinets

You know, I was in the Re-Store shop the other day and saw a few file cabinets of various configuration and began wondering about this very thing. Now that I see what some others have done, I regret not pulling the trigger and getting them.
