    4-Post Lift Configuration Question - Extra Height

    Bendpak HD-7W. Adjustable width, high rise, short runways. Basically a de-rated HD-9 due to shorter length. Also HD-7P if don't need adjustable width. Mike

    Piece of wood or some barn mat (hard rubber) works really well too. Mike

    bendpak Jp3/jp6, useful or useless?

    Just measured my RJ-45. Without adapters it sits 2 inches above the runway. With the circular hard rubber adapter, it sits 3 inches above the runway. I have a Bendpak HD-9xw. Hope this helps. Mike

    Yes. Typically less than an inch (best guess; never actually measured). Mike

    Wide Track Width 4 post Lift

    Your numbers for the Bendpak HD-9XW appear to be off. It has 86 1/2" drivethru clearance. My 2011 Tundra with aftermarket wheels/tires is 86 1/4" wide and it fits no problem. See pic below:

    Yet Another Storage Lift Thread

    It was about $100 to have mine painted black. I would point out that black was not the original color of the hydraulic unit; you can see blue paint under the panels if you take them off. The runways, cross tubes and posts were only painted black. Not a big deal to me as you can't see it. Plus I...

    Yet Another Storage Lift Thread

    I have the same lift. No issues to report after 2 months (wouldn't expect any). I fits all my vehicles and the movable runway helps. Smooth operation. Mike

    Bendpak HD-9XW- Need extra height underneath

    Per Bendpak's website the max height under the ramps should be 79.8 inches. Found here: http://www.bendpak.com/HD-9%20Series%20Clearance%20Heights.pdf I have the same lift and haven't adjusted the lock ladders down yet. Interested to see how this turns out. I do know that my 11 Tundra w/...

    ? On 4 post lift , voltage , amps

    Voltage would only really affect the time it takes to lift the vehicle assuming the motor (120 or 240) is rated to lift said vehicle. 120V will get you higher amperage than 240 again assuming same load. Mike

    4 post lift capacity question

    Just went through this. The HD-7 is the same lift as the HD-9 just shorter and de-rated. If you look at the HD-9 series (-9XW, S etc etc) you will notice that they don't make a high lift, short runway HD-9. It's called the HD-7. Also note that with a longer vehicle like a truck, your wheels are...

    20.5x22 = small 2 car

    How tall is the ceiling? I have a 20x20 with 13' ceilings so a 4 post will be going in there. One car (not my daily) is up in the air, the wife's car goes under it. Daily (truck) just fits in garage when I need to work on it otherwise sits in the driveway. Not my first choice but like you the...
