I found a cylinder from a snow blade. Changed the bottom mount and had a bushing made for the top. Tested without load. Next it needs the safety. The lift had set outside when I found it. I have about $400. in it now.

We use Kroil at most commercial power plants. Price is not an issue. I seen 2 1/2" studs that wouldn't move until injecting kroil. They can turned out by hand sometimes. They old timers that work at coal fired plants say "if it don't come out with kroil, get the torch.
