I wouldn't add more heating capacity... you need to insulate those walls and get some vapor barrier up at the concrete walls. You are losing a lot of heat. Adding insulation etc as CNGsaves suggest would cut your heat loss 50-75% and your existing system would most likely keep up easily. All...
