Looks great!!

This is Ruby, she belongs to a new neighbor! The neighbors gate was left open the other day, and she didn't notice when she left to go to the store... Ruby got out and came right over to my garage for a visit, so I watched her till the neighbor got home!! Ruby is getting old, and is deaf...

First cut of the new lawn, it's coming in nice!!

Second story electrical rough in!! I hired a pro to rewire the house!! Permits, inspections, whole meal deal!! Lol!! There are lots of plugs, 4" LED puck lights in all the rooms, and a center fixture also! Still not sure if I should install heated floors in the main bathrooms...

I was just working down in your area not to long ago!! Over 25 thousand km doing an Alberta road trip. Was at 110 cities and towns!!

Finally landscape time!! This tree is on my neighbors property, but nothing grows near it on my side, I figured a border only on my property wouldn't look very good... So my neighbor got a present, I did around the whole tree... Reminds me of a horse shoe!!

Still working on my Reno!! Lol!! Finally built a sidewalk this week... 4 feet wide, 5 - 6" deep with a good drain slope, over a 12" compacted base... Should be solid!! I will continue it into the back yard later on as money permits!! I am going to finish the front yard...

Scrubbed the floor, got pretty dirty over winter, The floor is in rough shape, but it's clean!!

If the left side is level with the back yard, I would build the garage at that height... Then move the retaining wall over, and slope the front driveway down... You could put a door at the back too and have a drive thru garage... Loss would be the side windows of the house, and different height...

It almost looks like a custom mosaic, I kinda like it...
