Great work , FigureItOut! I also got this reply from SNA: This tool was sold in a short time with a set of ratchet combination keys 41RM. Screw key u-end of the handle, pivot ring end of 90 degrees, and on the bolt. If you then hold the handle, you can use the tool as a ratchet. Hope I explained...

A friend of mine found this mystery handle to an unknown tool. All we know is that the manufacturer Bahco has nothing similar in their catalog. This has become quite the talk of Internet and I forward it to all you handy people out there that might have a guess.
