sorry, what does "Offer Burn Dates" mean?

Got mine yesterday. A bit disappointed with the finish. The pictures make it look like it is either chrome or polished. In actuality it is a very dirty, raw galvanized steel. Still a good deal for the $$. Just not what I expected.

Got one of these on clearance for $3 a month ago. Gave it to my mom as she has arthritis and is hard for her to use the standard spray nozzles.
