    Hi, I work for a radiator shop in New Zealand, I weld aluminum all day every day, have made hundreds of race radiators, oil coolers and intercoolers. My honest opinion? Step on the pedal a little more, the welds look cold. I'd weld those with 4043 1.6mm filler wire, 2.4mm zirconiated tungsten...
