    Guy has 3 acres of land. At best he could do an eighth of an acre with what you described. Still leaves him 97% of his grass left. Works fine when you live in the city but who wants that?

    Yeah I'm thinking this might be the way to go. I already have two zero turns because I don't want to spend my life mowing. Only thing is the cost of the skidsteer. I'm sure one would last me a lifetime but I believe they are around 50k new?

    Readhead I'm thinking of a metal building with no insulation. I'm in Texas though so heat is off the charts. I've heard of blanket insulation trapping moisture as well.
