Recent content by old cast iron

I am looking for any information or history on this 1922 Kellogg air compressor. It's a Model 271. It has a beautiful cast iron stand which is also the air tank. Also has a beautiful bonnet that covers the machine. Any help with identifying what it might have been used for will be appreciated.
