    Hymo scissor lift/table

Thanks, but I have no idea what's the pressure the pump produces. I think both pressure and piston size are up to the job, but I expect some kind of (blow off?) valve to regulate/set the maximum pressure and dictate the maximum load.

    Hymo scissor lift/table

I checked the type#. All I can find are pictures from past auctions and all show 1000kg sticker. And if I'm correct the 10 stands for 1000kg and 11 for 110cm max lift.

This should work better..... must have missed this option. I checked the thickness of the frame and it's 1cm BTW.....

Anyway, without showing the pictures, I can say that the structure is very solid, approx 5mm thick. The cylinder is 5x size of your average hydraulic jack capable of lifting 2000kg. I would say the metal frame and the cylinder should be more than up to the job.

    Hymo scissor lift/table

Started with partial disassembly of my scissor table. Doing some rust removal and giving it a fresh layer of paint. This particular type (X10-11) of is capable of lifting 1000kg. Wondering what it will take to increase the capacity to let's say 1500kg. The cylinder looks sturdy enough to take...

    New place

The storage place is getting almost finished. 55x150 beams on top to carry all the stuff I don't need to see or will need on a short notice. The door frame 3mm steel bent to size and welded in place. Monday a contractor is showing up to cut the floor for a lifting table and two spots to get the...

Installed the toilet and started with the walls. Had to split the main line for drainage from the sink.

Adjusting an old ring and pinion

Ok, so you just want to freshen up the bearings and seals without changing the R&P, right? 1. If you don't know if the rear end made noise before, then don't mess with pinion depth. 2. Before getting anything out, mark one of the bearing caps, they are not interchangeable! 3. Don't worry about...

    New place

Made a slow start with the toilet and the storage room. Will build it from aerated concrete blocks. Never done it before, so I'm sure it will work just fine :)
