My house is being built in downtown area on a rather small lot. I enjoy being able to walk to restaurants, bars, theater, etc. so downtown appeals to me. Also, kids are grown and just me now so don't need a big place plus no yard so nothing to mow; tend to be gone a lot. Hope I like it...
