I picked up a whole bunch of stuff today at a machine shop closing, xy tables ,rotary tables ,vises, etc. Was hoping someone here might have some information about this vise. It lays down 90 degrees when loosened.

New to this site ,,was hoping to get some info on this vise. Tilts or pivots all the way down to 90degrees, and swivels. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks
