Re: Wheel Chocks Canadian as well... Princess Auto has them, I bought 5 this summer (they were $38.00 each). They are a copy of the "General" and work well for most of my bikes. Typically Princess Auto brings a bunch in sells them and then waits for awhile before getting some other brand in...

Also consider adding clips between the trusses, they are required when using sheathing and 24" OC spacing for the roof (at least in my neck of the woods) so for an interior roof, they might be beneficial as well... and of course could be painted over as well...

Re: Portal tool tray? Shop to trailer and back. We always used a "pit cart" they come in many varieties, ours was custom built chassis that we secured an inexpensive tool cabinet to. It also housed the air compressor, generator, and parts.

Just noticing that your fuse panel is located in your garage. Pretty simple to some some more circuits to relieve the strain on the couple of outlets you have. Unless of course i am missing something.
