Looking at the pictures on page1 and the attached PDF manual it appears the torch comes with a steel(?) ring attached to maintain distance from the tip to workpiece, so i'd say yes you can drag on the steel(?) ring
Not an electrician... But I assume this will require a NEMA 6-50 circuit (50 amp, 6-2 romex)? I already have a 30 amp 240 10-2 circuits, but I see similar spec'ed ones requiring 6-50... This true with this cutter?

If I am correct on this, when we send money to you from paypal (using credit/debit) we are prompted to either pay the fee ourself or pass it on to you... so if you are just receiving the money from us --rather than "selling us" or "billing us" no fee should ever be...
