From what I seen, they do not include a plug on the end. You will need to wire one.

I'm in for paypal option. If I am correct on this, when we send money to you from paypal (using credit/debit) we are prompted to either pay the fee ourself or pass it on to you... so if you are just receiving the money from us --rather than "selling us" or "billing us" no fee should ever be...
