Would vacuum bagging the lumber work? Larvae or not they need oxygen don't they?
It'd be easier to vacuum pack each slab for a while than trying to freeze them

You on the bottom side of the world have different names for things, lol. Those to some of us are end wrenches, spanners have pins that fit in notches or holes on the perimeter of a nut.

I'm not any help on finding replacement tips but those are fairly easy to sharpen. Straightening the one with a bent tip might be a bit more of a challenge though
