What’s the part number and where did they place the Taiwan stamp on these?

You guys probably figured this out over the past few years, but the letter after V represents the year it was manufactured. VE is the oldest one I’ve seen on a ratchet. Perhaps A through D were being tracked on other tools. And it might have been the fiscal year rather than the calendar year...
