I'm waiting for a few amish quotes to build my barn. They do take a bit to get back to you. Hopefully the quotes are reasonable. A professional company gave me a quote. If they are a few thousand under, i'm in buisness.

i'm dealing with this topic as well. using 2" foam then 2x4's then dry wall you'll lose a ton of space. Yet the basement will be tight, and dry.

Can you fit a lift in with 10' walls? Millcreek has a 16' height limit. Scissor truss's are more costly so thats why I figured going 12' tall. I called all the local companies for quotes waiting on a response. My car hasn't come out much In the past two years because it lives in a 1 car...
