I'm sure it's been discussed before but isn't there problems with the tile popping up in the cold/frost?

Without using a primer do you have light and dark spots that bled thru? Did you get the UV inhibitor in the urethane? And finally, do you have any more pics? It looks great..show it off :thumbup:

Do you have any pictures of your off-white installed? I'm also looking for a light color floor and I'd be interested to see the difference between white, off white, and the light gray

I did a long term review on my epoxy floor. Nothing lasts forever, at the end of the day it's still a painted surface. If it starts to look terrible, I can always sandblast it or grind it off and put down something else. Besides being aesthetically nice, epoxy makes the garage so much easier...

Thanks! Sent you a PM No. When I bought the kit, Epoxy-Coat didn't offer a primer It was a new slab so no cracks. Didn't fill the joints, you can see them in the pics I used ceramic tile as a base:

I used tile. Its probably price compatible to the plastic molding and easy to clean: Maybe a little more work....

now how would a urethane top coat hold up to scotchbite? How long would the shine last if I put a topcoat on?

I've been lurking here for a while and have the impression that most people have problems or complaints with epoxy floors. One of the epoxy manufactures said you only really hear about the complaints and not the success stories. So I feel I can give an honest review... The first floor I did...
