Just joined GJ today. My brother in law and I have purchased plans for a 70x30 4 car garage with space for a lift (spec'd to be RV space). It also has a small office and loft for storage. BUT we are having issues finding a foundation contractor. Has anyone here built a garage in Phoenix area...

I am sure it is structurally sound or else inspector will fail it but right, looks like ****. Are they going to be covered or skim coated?
