    Try good old cheap TSP. Buy it dry and mix with water. Use a middle-grade coarse nylon pad on a pole to save your back. Then rinse with water. Also works great to remove soap scum from tile or clean your garage urinal.

    Opinions on 2 post lift placement in 30'x40' shop.

    Instead of a side garage door, a large pull-through back garage door could be handy for a trailer, either boat or car or a motorhome. Put the lift in the solid wall back bay. It could also provide a nice cross breeze. The real key is where does the HDTV and comfy chairs go.
