    Recommend a pop rivet kit

Yes, opening a old thread, why not... Marson SP-1 (swivel head) and HP-2 (standard head) are made in Taiwan ever since Alcoa bought them out a couple of years ago. The Stoughton, MA plant is closed. The nose pieces from these two tools are not interchangeable, I suspect the thread size is the...

Harbor Freight 20 ton press is changing - Major Changes - Info inside

I brought the 20 ton (60603), the larger size (height-work width-tonnage) $160 with coupon, seems worth the extra $65 over their 12 ton model (60604). One thing I did though is purchase extra hardware from Menard's from their metric drawers, to add washers under the heads of all bolts. I also...

Easy cheap upgrade to Harbor Freight 44" tool chest

Emailing Harbor Freight, didn't result in obtaining a different part number for the slides, its like they half read the email, because they emailed me back the same part number of the slides that were incompatible, after waiting 17 days for their reply. So after calling 20 some times on various...

Easy cheap upgrade to Harbor Freight 44" tool chest

The slides came arrived in 15 days even though Customer Service said they were back ordered. They come in pairs because there is a right and left side, and cannot be swapped from left to right sides of the drawers. My original slides are stamped L and R but the ones sent have no such stamping...

Getting through to someone that could help me was not easy, after being disconnected a few times, and transfered around, and talking to several people, all told me the slides were NOT available for the upper chest OR roller bottom. Thanks for the SKU# Tank, because without it, I believe this...

Easy cheap upgrade to Harbor Freight 44" tool chest

I looked most of the Menard boxes and the clips on the slides are at different angles, they would not engage the square holes the same. Same with Craftsman and Lowes.

Easy cheap upgrade to Harbor Freight 44" tool chest

I purchased the 44" roller cabinet for $349 on a 3 day sale a few weeks ago, WOW!! its nearly 300 lbs in weight!!! They didn't have the top chest in stock, but their display model top chest had only single slides on the deep drawers. There is a noticeable difference in lateral play between...
