Do the spots match where you put the adhesive for each tile?

Thanks , I appreciate the info. The data sheet says that 224HS can be thinned up to 10% by volume and one pint per gallon would be 12.5% so I assume that he meant one pint per 2 gallons (1 kit).

Thanks for the information. When you say don't apply 224HS too thick - can you quantify that a little more? I just purchased 4 gallons of 224HS for my 400 sq ft garage and I was planning on applying it in two coats - do you think I need to apply more (thinner) coats instead?

Keep in mind that its $294 direct from the EpoxyGuard web site, so the $219 price is a good discount from Costco. Costco is very customer-oriented so if the product was **** I'm sure you could get a refund and they would stop carrying it.

Its also much more expensive - Lowes.com quotes $76 per 45 sqft box ($1.70/sq ft). As compared to Armstrong Classic Black Imperial Texture Excelon which is $30 per 45 sqft box. Anyone found a cheaper online source for the Safety Zone tiles?
