who are you using for the floor? I'm out in Granville debating on doing our 2 car floor then possibly our other garage if it turns out good.

I'm guessing here but probably $20 to keep it around 70 and all that's doing is running a circulation pump for my outdoor wood burner and the furnace fan.

Should have clarified, I'm painting the walls and epoxying the floor next year.

Tried a search but didn't find much out there. I've got a 2 car with a work shop under my house and thinking about painting the poured concrete foundation. What do you guys recommend paint wise (brand), I'm probably going to be rolling it to avoid having to tarp everything and was thinking about...

Man I couldn't sleep at night and I'd be bald (more bald) with that many tools outside. Nice projects though

Well that's awesome I might have to look into this, my garage is quite small as well and your use of space is incredible.

Have you had any problems with stains in the grout, such as oil, dirt etc...
