    Haunted Garage Door

I've pushed the track in, pulled the track out, this door runs flawlessly by hand. I've worked on doors for the last 11 years, I know the point your talking about and I've adjusted every way possible. I have to believe its in the plug or house wiring, or the radio tower at this point. After 3...

    Haunted Garage Door

I'm really hoping it is the wire, but when i took the first opener down I redid all the wiring and eyes, so I'm not sure it will be the problem.

Craftsmans Garage door opener - remote

Just press and release the green learn button, may be orange, then click the remote. If you hold the learn button down until the LED goes out then you've erased both. Just press and release the learn button. The LED will stay on and flash when your remote is learned.

Tallest garage door with 8'6 ceilings

A door installer will cut an inch off the track and off set the spring. That will leave plenty of room for a standard opener.

Tallest garage door with 8'6 ceilings

Yeah from a legit garage door guy! That will be the easy part! Framing that door 7'6= the hard part!

Tallest garage door with 8'6 ceilings

Get a new 16x7'6 door. Swapping panels will take new track, springs, cables, on and on. You'll have 12 inch of headroom which a good door man can make work. You'll need an 8 foot opener to. For the money you'll spend if you're really wanting more height doing it right is the way to go. You can...

How to repair dents in garage door?

There's really no way to straighten out panels. I've tried many times. If it's new the only option really is new panels. Won't save you a bunch of money but any little bit helps. Wish I knew a way but everytime I try to fix dents or dings they seem to get worse.
