I have a 24x40 on Grand Island so were in the same area. I have 2 man doors and a 16ft garage door, R13 in walls and R19 in the ceiling, no windows. I went with a 45k Reznor unit that I just purchased this spring so I haven't run it yet. I feel it will be just fine.

The slab is dry and in good shape. The heater is not causing a problem keeping it in place, I was contemplating swapping it out now while Im doing the work vs later knowing its not the right application for my set up. Was just curious of peoples opinions and what they would do.

Just had a new concrete deck poured around my inground pool. It is a colored concrete and I had the exact same spotting on mine, it cleared up within a couple weeks and is not noticeable anymore. You'll be good to go.

I have a reed 4c, 3c, and a 1c. Im looking for a 2c to round out the collection myself but I would never pay that much for a 2c. The big ones are expensive so you have to be prepared to pay to et them.

That is a wilton 1765 tradesman vise. It is made in the usa as you can see from casting. These vises came with tags on the other side of the vise from the made in the usa that said wilton on them, yours is missing and thats why you don't see a name on it. No worries, that is a genuine usa wilton.
