    What to have built?

    As far as your electric goes it depends on how far your shop is from your house. If it's to far distance wise you'll need to run two services because of line loss.

    I'd be hanging a For Sale sign out front and look for a place where the city idiots can't tell you what color toilet paper to wipe your **** with, when your paying the mortgage and the taxes.
