Cheers. We measured up the "hole" at the new place and it works out as 6.7 x 7.4 m so was just trying to get an idea. We may end up moving the rear wall a little into the garden to get to around 7x 8m, but not sure if it will be worth the hassle at this stage. Cheers Chris.
