Where did you find the spanner tool for the Williams super ratchet do you have a part number?

I've thought about grinding a socket with four tabs sticking out kind of like a wrist-watch back removal tool. Haven't gotten around to it yet. Love the superratchets. I wish they hadn't changed to the block pawl on the new ones. I think the new one probably use a Taiwan ratchet mechanism.

I have a Snap-on QJR217 C It does not have the blue handle. Range is
