I'm going to try using some leftover "non slip" mat that you put under area rugs to keep them from sliding around.

I used H & C Clear 23 sealer purchased at Sherwin Williams. It provides a nice glossy finish. I used the decorative flakes and slip resistant grit in with the epoxy so the final finish is not slippery.

Nice job, it looks like you have thought this project out very well. The FRP is an excellent idea. Taking a year to do all that work is not that bad, assuming you have a regular job. I like the bikes, does the SH112 license plate mean anything ?

The socket systems seems like a nice product for the DIY'er, just a couple of comments, 1. Check with your local building inspector if this system is approved. 2. Check with the manufacturer (socket systems) and your state if the engineer signing the drawings if he is registered with your state...

I forgot to mention that I do have a "Hot Dawg" unit heater, so I can keep the space warm. Not sure if the combustiblity of the epoxy will be a problem during the application. Thanks John Henry, I will take the moisture test this weekend.

I'm undecided about the finish flooring to use on my new garage concrete floor. I would like to use epoxy, however from what I've read on this forum is that if the floor isn't prep perfectly the epoxy will not adhere properly. I'm also considering just sealing the concrete because it may be alot...
