I moved my Monarch lathe into my shop with 2" pipe, steel wood splitting wedges and a salt treated 2 x 4 x 8' to move the lathe once it was on the pipe. Took me a couple of hours but it's in. Lathe weighs about 6500 lbs and is very top heavy. I hired a roll back to pick it up for me and unload...

I have the Hyper Heat 18k unit. So far the lowest the temp that has been here is 15 degrees and I put a heat gun on the air coming out, it was 110 degrees. No electric coils.
