Interfering with cars on people's driveways, by youths during the night, seems to be a 'thing' lately :mad:
There's recently been lots of CCTV and doorbell cam. footage posted on Facebook of this sort of thing, in and around Hawley near Dartford.

I hate scamming garages who prey on those with no idea about cars :mad:
I also hate idiots who think that it's no big deal to punt other peoples cars.
I'm afraid that I wouldn't have left them a note - but, I would have left them with something with which to remember the encounter :sneaky:
My sister has a dumper just like that at her stables, which she uses to move manure.
When the steering box failed, my brother-in-law's mate adapted an old Transit or Land Rover (I can't remember which) steering box to fix it.
It works - but, the down-side is that when you steer left - it goes...

I wasn't sure if Grizz had measured the hole centres, or the outer edges of the holes.
115mm PCD is much more likely, if those are trailer wheels and tyres.
I found this diagram, showing the measurements for 4 stud, 115mm PCD trailer wheels -
Dimensions A and B match...
Classic Mini wheels are 10" with a PCD of 4"
There's a huge choice of styles.
Your stud hole dimensions look like 4" PCD -
Also 10" trailer wheels - Trailer Wheel 10" 145R10 4 stud 4" PCD

They are relay connectors, for this type of 20a relay -
The black connector is for the A/C relay
The translucent connector is for the condensor fan relay.
