Should it be extremely difficult to remove the pin that holds the collar on the feed rod? Does it only go one way? I'm referring to the collar on the left hand side of the column as you face the DP. Thanks!

Good morning! I recently acquired a Craftsman 101.03622 drill press and I had a couple of questions. How do you get the front pulley guard off? Do you have to pull the pulley too? What size belt(s) do you need if you have the four step variable speed pulley? Thanks!

I just got this today for $40. By my calculations, that's about $1/lb for this beauty. It runs silky smooth, but needs a new switch. Can anyone tell me what Brand/Model this is? The data plate is impossible to read. Thanks! Michael
