What rails do you have?

I played with it some tonight and got it better but it still likes to twist when locked down. At this point I don't know how to prevent it from twisting

My main issue right now is the fence actually locking crooked. I will admit that I haven't yet checked the blade just to make totally sure it's aligned as well. My main focus is the fence issue at this time which I have measured relative to the miter slot to see for sure that it's locking...
