I know this is an old post, but I'm new and just started searching around and reading posts. Here's a link to how I built mine. Since this one, I've come up with a couple of new designs. I'll add pics if I can figure it out!

I did 1/4" luaun and trimmed with 1x3. 15 years ago, still looks great! Just used a air nailer with 2" beads. I'll try to post a pic later.

I've been thinking of doing similar over busted up concrete between our garages. Looking forward to seeing the answers

I used to use Mikwaukee, but haven't in years. Now I have a mixture of brands for my tools, and really am fond of Dewalt.
