I used a high gloss version of this same stuff you are using in our study...NOT a good idea. The hard wheels on office chairs (and anything else that is heavy with a small foot print) are going to mark the **** out of this stuff. I should have got the textured style that more closely mimics...

The under ground part is bigger than my first house! I agree with the shooting range addition. I have always DREAMED of an under ground shooting range! With about a 12 car garage on top of it! That is GREAT WORK there! Love it! Well done!

Scott, I love that floor. How has it held up??? I had some kind of "flooring paint" put down that was supposed to be industrial strength when I built my house (and garage) but the stuff is NOT GOOD... I asked them specifically if it would be impervious to things that might leak out of a car...
