Just called the light store. They have the N version there. Should I buy 12 of them to replace the SC versions that wont light the Led?

I did not see my ballast Number in the GE sheet. Philips Advance IOPA-4P32-SC Tomorrow I will take one of the fixtures that is working to see what ballast is in it.

If I take the bulb out and reinstall it, it will come on full bright. If I turn light switch off and back on again the Led is dim again.

These LED bulb I believe will only work with a ballast?

Lights fixtures are about 4 years old. I would think an LED bulb would take less to fire it up? Some lights work in the same row and others don't.

I feel I should have done that as well.

By 6" knee wall I mean that the 2x6 stud wall is sitting on 6" of concrete which was poured at the same time as the floor.

Would like to thank both of you for your replies. I'll give blueboard some more consideration. Not having to paint the ceiling is a plus. I also will look into putting up some vinyl on maybe the first 5 feet up the wall for water. The building has a 6" knee wall.
