Might anyone know the purpose of this MANZEL tool? Made of tool steel, measuring 16"x16" square and weighing in at 48lbs. I circled two pins/dowels, pressed in and only one side protrudes approx 3/4", the other side flush. I'm guessing it's a jig for a rearend, an alignment tool or an anchor...

I picked up these three stands at an auction a couple of years ago. I had my eye on just the NTD stand, but since they were grouped together, they all came home with me.
