I did not go all the way to the edge of the concrete, I left about 6 inches of concrete show and then painted it to kind of match the tile. Tou can see the border in this photo.

During the process of cleaning my floor I discovered the valleys in it, several big puddles were formed as the water settled in them. Do I need to apply some type of leveling product before I put down my tiles?
I thought it had to with the moisture in the compressed air, the stuff in a can is dry.
You need to check it with a meter like people mentioned and make sure you don't have a wiring problem. Better safe than sorry.:shocking:
