    I did not go all the way to the edge of the concrete, I left about 6 inches of concrete show and then painted it to kind of match the tile. Tou can see the border in this photo.

    VCT= vinyl composition tile. I used Armstrong tile from Lowes.

    I am going to have to wait about a week to let my back and knees rest. This was a pretty tough job for me to do, my wife really helped a lot.

    Leveling floor before applying VCT

    During the process of cleaning my floor I discovered the valleys in it, several big puddles were formed as the water settled in them. Do I need to apply some type of leveling product before I put down my tiles?

    Air hose....shocking!!

    I thought it had to with the moisture in the compressed air, the stuff in a can is dry. You need to check it with a meter like people mentioned and make sure you don't have a wiring problem. Better safe than sorry.:shocking:

    My dad came and visited for 6 days, it was a big help in keeping me going in getting the garage cleaned out and cleaning the concrete.
