I just built a 40 x 60 with a 12x14 door at one end and a 11x10 h at the other end both insulated for 1000 installed .the trick was to find a guy that does it for a living and buy all his scratch and dent stuff and treat him good .

I have just finished a 40x60 toyroom and am looking for ideas . looking at heated flooring ,hoists,wiring set ups, drains, and dont want to have to backtrack so a well thought out process is my goal . I am totally open to all good idea's . i work on bikes,sleds,atv's,hotrods,and just about...
