Might be a case of it used to be made in USA until the manufacturer decided to send the business to china. Either way, contact Amazon and they'll refund you. Even if they did mean shipping origin, that's their fault for not stating that and they should be held responsible for that.

I picked those up awhile ago after I finally retired my HF set. These are great quality for the price. Haven't had any type of issues with handles slipping or metal wear or bends yet.

Having loose tools like that seems like it might have a lot of shoplifting and things out of place. Having it behind a locked case might be best for the cost, but I'm sure walmart knows what they're doing by now.
